You can use any quality for oil in the fork, but I've found that the Spectro works about the best. Now just reassemble in reverse order but leave the top caps off! From the factory Zocch forks come with 7.5w Golden Spectro 125/150 fork oil. Use a small flashlight or other light source and make sure that you have any little metal bits, etc. Clean out the lowers completely next, you may even want to slosh some degreaser around in side them. At this point you can remove the pumping rods if you like, there are c clips that hold the rods in, and it's recommended if you want or need to do a really complete job of cleaning. Next remove the top caps and clean out the inside of the stanchions. Let it drain for a bit then remove the lowers and set them aside to drain a bit more. The oil will pour out of the foot nut holes in the lowers. Let all the air out of the fork, then put the fork over a drip pan, remove the foot nuts and slide the lowers down the stanchions a bit.
